Service is one of the most important building blocks of our business philosophy

On the Swedish market, we have recognized high technical competence. This means that we sometimes have to service machines sold by unknown suppliers. It is also important that the installation is carried out correctly. As a rule, installation is included in the price of the machine and includes test runs, training and support. We also carry out installations of machines that the customer has purchased on the second-hand market, for example.
We service most of the machines on the market
- We install and provide on-site training
- We have full support for our customers
- Workshop located in central Malmö
- For self-imported machines, we work with partners across the country
- 80% of all problems are handling-related and are normally solved over the phone
Service requests can be made either by phone or email
We recommend that you have the following information at hand when you contact us:

- Model and serial number of the machine
- Name of contact person and address where the machine is located
- Company details such as name and company registration number
- Name and telephone number of the notifier
- Description of the error
