Ice cream machine with pasteurization
Cremagel is easy to handle and is built with high quality materials and components, which guarantee utmost hygiene. The agitator can be used all the time or in intervals. Even if the power goes out, the cycle is fully functional. With time-controlled freezing and in the temperature program, you can always, even with different amounts, get the same final product. Cremagel mixes and blends the ingredients to the perfect consistency while heating. Once the product has reached the right temperature, it is time to cool down and/or freeze the mix in the front chamber.

- Pasteurization program. Pasteurization is adjustable from 60°C up to 90°C. Cooling temperature adjustable from 20°C down to 0°C
- Stainless steel agitator with transparent polycarbonate lid
- Vertical freezer with micromagnet that stops the agitator before opening the lid
