Ice cream machine with pasteurization
The Combigel is the perfect machine for ice cream making and provides an overrun/volume increase of 40%! The machine is reliable, easy to handle and built with high quality materials, the components guarantee the utmost hygiene. Combigel mixes and blends the ingredients to the perfect consistency while heating. The agitator can be used all the time or in intervals. Even if the power goes out, the cycle is fully functional. With the temperature program, you can always, even with different quantities, get the same final product. Cold storage at the end of the preparation makes it easier for the user. Once the product has reached the right temperature, it is time to cool and/or freeze the mix in the front chamber.
