Pasteurizer
The machine has two main functions; pasteurization and cold storage. The pasteurization programs heat the mix and then cools it to 4 degrees. A signal informs when the cycle has finished. Then the ripening/preservation phase starts and the mix is kept at a constant temperature of 4 degrees. The agitator can be used all the time or in intervals. Even if the power goes out, the cycle is fully functional. The parts are easy to remove for cleaning and are dishwasher safe. The ice cream maker has an appealing exterior design with rounded corners that increase safety. The pasteurizer is perfect for the ice cream bar or for milk pasteurization.
