How it works
- Coarsely chopped food is filled into a stainless steel PACOJET-cup together with liquid (e.g. cream, broth, syrup etc) and spices.
- Place the cup in the freezer (-18°C to -20°C).
- When it is time to serve, the cup is placed in the machine, the number of servings is selected (1-10) and the start button is pressed.
- The fast rotating pacotizing knife transforms the hard frozen raw materials into a smooth and fine mass, exactly the amount selected. The rest remains frozen below the processed amount.
- After a few seconds (about 20 sec per portion), the preselected amount is processed and can either be served (sorbet, ice cream, mousse, etc.) or further prepared (sauce bases, spice mixes, etc.).
- The unprocessed amount remains in the cup and is put back in the freezer to be used at another time – in 15 minutes or a month.
