Double clamp grill
Piastra PDR has ceramic coated cast iron plates for the best possible hygiene in intensive use. The plates are ideal for foods with high acid or salt content and are highly resistant to oxidation. The grill is suitable for quick cooking of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, cheese or, in short, any type of food that can be prepared on a plate. It is ideal for cooking stuffed breads, as well as for large hot buns/rolls of different thicknesses.
