High capacity hard ice cream machine – Vertical agitator
Gelato/ice cream is mixed efficiently during preparation. The agitator brings the product down, and gravity pulls the product down when it is ready. The timed cycle allows for fast production of high quality gelato with the best texture and consistency. The temperature cycle contributes to the same result with different quantities. The temperature of the gelato/ice cream prevents crystallization, which can otherwise affect shelf life. At the end of the cycle, the gelatine/glass is dispensed in less than one minute, (or about one minute). Optimal extraction is obtained with the inverting direction of rotation which doubles the speed of the tube.

- Control panel with button selection.
- Agitator; ensures top quality, reduced extraction times and limits glass residues. The absence of spring and oring makes cleaning easy.
- Drip tray
- Container with safety switch stops the agitator when the lid is opened. Possibility to add berries, chocolate and etc. in the final phase.
- Vertical, stainless steel cylinder. Fully cylindrical to prevent damage (no sharp corners)
