A space-saving, compact machine that maintains its production capacity in high temperature environments. With a width of only 48.6 cm, you can place it in tight spaces. The soft ice cream machine is equipped with a patented mixing pump called a hose pump. The mix is transported in a closed system up into the freezing cylinder using the hose pump, and the compressor mixes air and mix to a high overrun (volume increase). The closed system offers great hygienic advantages over other types of machines. The plexiglass front gives the customer an attractive view of the product being processed. The machine is equipped with durable parts, which reduce wear and minimize maintenance costs while providing years of reliable service.
