The O111 soft ice cream machine is designed to feed mix from the mixing container to the freezing cylinder by gravity. The ice cream product is then produced at a slightly lower temperature and overrun than with pump soft ice cream machines. The plexiglass front gives the customer an attractive view of how the product is processed. The advantage of the O111 is that it has fewer parts, which makes cleaning and washing much easier. The machine is equipped with durable parts, which reduce wear and minimize maintenance costs while providing years of reliable service.
