For soft ice cream & frozen yogurt – Gravity model
The E111 soft ice cream machine is designed to feed mix from the mixing container to the freezing cylinder by gravity. The ice cream product is then produced at a slightly lower temperature and overrun than with pump machines. The plexiglass front gives the customer an attractive view of how the product is processed. The advantage of the E111 is that it has fewer parts, which makes cleaning and washing much easier. The machine is equipped with durable parts that reduce wear and minimize maintenance costs while providing years of reliable service.
