Smartgel is an Italian hard ice cream machine with large capacity, 20 liters per hour, and low energy consumption. Automatic dispensing of product and inverter technology. You always get the desired consistency of the ice cream! An ideal way to make gelato! The ingredients and liquid are poured into the filling hatch on the front, and then the machine does the rest. Mixing all ingredients in a single cylinder ensures maximum simplicity and minimizes the risk of contamination. Smartgel mixes and blends the ingredients to the perfect consistency while heating. Once the product has reached the right temperature, it is time to cool and/or freeze the mix.
