From Sirman we introduce 4 models, designed for high efficiency and ease of use. Dolomiti is used for quick cooling/freezing of hard ice cream, gelato, desserts etc. to prevent quality loss. Can handle an ambient temperature up to 38 ° C. There is room for both 5-liter or 2.5-liter glass canisters.
