Professional direct grinder
Eureka Mignon is a series of outstanding grinders. They are compact, relatively quiet and, above all, maintain an extremely consistent quality of grinding. Mignon combines traditional design with modern features.
When grinding espresso, you use about 1.6 grams / second, and when grinding brew, you use about 2.3 grams / second. You will always get a quiet and stable grinding that handles everything perfectly.

- Timer with a button on the side, where you can choose between manual or timed grinding.
